So fighting this lazy bug was harder than i expected. I have been creative and decided to set 3 morning alarms all 10 minutes apart so that if i fall back asleep after the first one i wont get into deep sleep so by the third one ill be awake, seems extreme but hopefully after this week i wont need to do that. i also have meal planned/prepped for the rest of the week and am going to enter all of the info into sparkpeople so that i cant differ from it. Ive also got my workout clothes set out for my morning workout and my walk at work. So hopefully i can be alil extreme this week and get back on track. Im ready to see that number on the scale change , im tired of being stuck at 247.8. im also gonna set some new goals and post them everywhere i can think of, work, phone, bathroom, fridge etc.
