I am noticing changes.

Sunday, I put on a pair of shoes and had to have hubby tighten the straps that go around my heels, one notch.
I weighed myself last night while I was getting ready to get into the shower (nude) and weighed 229 lbs. It won't be official until I weigh at the doctor office, but I have not seen the 220's since I quit working in 2007. At my visit with her on September 22, I weighed 239 with them taking off 2 lbs. for shoes and clothing.
Last evening before church, I felt like I was dizzy. No, the room didn't spin or anything like that. My blood glucose yesterday morning was 155 and it had gone up and was 183. I was going to have some bouillon or chicken broth, but the ingredients in them were things I shouldn't eat, so I passed on that idea and took two bottles of water with me and drank one on the way to church and one on the way home from church. When I got home, I rechecked my blood glucose and it was 148, so I ate dinner at around 10 PM after asking the admins in Reversing Diabetes about the chicken broth and bouillon cubes. They said to make my own chicken stock. I will probably have to buy some canning jars to put it in. Also the bouillon is not something I should eat.
Liquid latex spilled from a paper mill into the Potomac River where we get our water. Officials here are saying it is fine to drink. Berkeley County in West Virginia is not going to pump it. They have some sense!
Many cities along the East coast are experiencing flooding. Frederick, Maryland had streets flood. A friend in Staunton, Virginia posted on Facebook yesterday, that her husband went to get a trash can that was floating away and was swept off his feet into a river and was pinned. As she was trying to call 911, someone rescued him.
