I am so happy today. The little things I do each day are adding up. I continue to make healthy and positive choices so I can live a healthy lifestyle and reach my goals.
My reward for doing this was a shopping trip to Old Navy for a pair of work out pants and a couple of motivational tops. I am so excited!
QUIT DAY 10/5/2015- I am looking forward to starting this challenge, I know it won't be easy, but I have a 30 day streak to reinforce I can do this.
