I'm Back

Still not where I want to be, but I will get there. I had to have some vein surgery in July and my recovery took longer than I anticipated. I am beginning to get my energy and stamina back. It has been 6 months since knee replacement surgery and I am pain free. Looking forward to the pounds dropping again. emoticon
