one of my favorite summer meals? Yesterday I bought 2% cottage cheese. I also bought fresh fruit...a combo of watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple. My grocery store prepares it daily fresh.
I cut the fruit chunks in half and added it to the cottage cheese. It was yesterday's lunch and today's breakfast. So yummy.
Do you like this combo? What are your seasonal favorites.
