Happy Sunday Everyone!!

Sunday, October 11, 2015

My day started out very well. It was warm in my apartment despite the wind howling and the temperature not too warm. Forecast says 67 degrees for today. Not sure it is there yet!!

I went to the Dollar Tree and spent $9 on my great nephew. He had a Christmas tree up with the lights on the other day in his room. I said, "Why do you have a Christmas tree up already? It isn't even Halloween yet!!" He stated that he didn't have any Halloween decorations. Go great aunt Angie went and bought him some. I decorated and surprised him. He moved a few things and it looks better than when I decorated. (Interior design is not my forte!!) Anyway, he was very happy and his room looks like Halloween now.

Now it is starting to emoticon and the clouds are quite dark. Going to be a gloomy day, but not going to let it get me down!! emoticon

Doing well today both physically and mentally. Soon as I go to church my spirit will be uplifted, also. I have to prepare the lesson for the 9,10 and 11 year old's today. It is on the Apostle Peter. Lots of scriptures to read. It is so good for me to learn with the children!!

Well, it is almost time to check my laundry.

Have a Happy Sunday!!

Hi Angie. You are are a dear, sweet great aunt, you had to have made your nephew's day buying him some Halloween decorations.
We had a lovely weekend here in the twin cities this weekend temps nice and warm but some windy gusts too. Today, well it sure is much cooler, windy again and rained off and on today.
I taught a class for a year for three year old's at church on year, now that took some effort, keeping them interested. They did do all the projects to the best of their ability though so that was good. I can imagine how much fun to be able to teach older children who usually have a longer learning span.
Hoping you have a wonderful week both physically and mentally.

we've had a couple of days break from most of the rain, but I think it will be back next week.

in the fields around here, lots of hay has been cut & needs to dry before it can be stored. Very expensive loss for the farmers if we don't get some DRY days!
