Why not take out time to cook your own ready made healthy more nutritious meals.Laziness or lame excuses of lack of time or i can't cook is a big hurdle in eating healthy.Get over this negative attitude.Love and nurture your body with self cooked meals.Over weekend tiffin portions of your different meals.You are not good at cooking doesn't matter catch on some basic healthy recepies on internet and try,eventually each time you try making it you will be amazing at it.Create a folder of recpies good for your weight loss. Which you could try with ease and when you are hungry and you have ready home made nutritious tiffins waiting in the fridge you will never deviate from eating right.When you create a food recepie with your hands you know exactly what you are putting in your mouth.The truest calorie values. And if you have to indulge yourself then maybe once a month you could eat out....But trust moi today after being a very very bad cook i have graduated moislf to a very reasonable good cook.I love to cook three healthy meals for moi family and moislf.And believe moi during moi overweight days i used to indulge moislf and moi kids every week with all the unhealthy foods but today not only for moi whole family but evenfor moislf too eating a meal cooked by moi is a better indulgence than eating out,I have gained a true insight into healthy lifestyle as you learn to train your outer body with the workout regime you need to teach yourselves to cook healthy for yourself and your family.Today with this lesson well learnt i am able to insure that moi kids will further have a healthy lifetime and lifestyle with healthy eating and workout regimes. This is the most precious legacy i shall leave behind
