Fiber challenge really works!

Not that big on the whole blogging thing but I am so surprised how well this challenge is going that I have to share. Okay well I have tried incorporating whole grains and whole foods in my diet and not so much processed food ever since my son was born (hard). Eating as much organic food or local as possible. But never really paying attention to fiber (even natural foods can be criminal especially store brand). I have maintained like 10-15 grams before this challenge . I have always heard its supposed to be filling to eat fiber but, now doing this challenge and getting between 25-35 grams, this has been amazing. I eat so much fiber in the morning, I can't have that second cup of coffee that I really don't need but love anyways. Not really hungry for seconds and never really feel like I want to inhale dinner (I think I eat more like a dog). So that's all for now. Bye
