Plateau busting and Falling into Fitness

My plateau busting challenge ended yesterday after 30 days. All in all, I guess I did alright. I broke the plateau and lost about 2 pounds (+/-). So I don't weigh almost 140# anymore and I guess that was the whole point.
This week, I'm participating in a CWF challenge so I'm looking ahead, again, to what I'd like to accomplish by December 31. First and foremost, I'd like to get under 135#. To accomplish this, I'm going to stick to my run schedule, get BACK to doing yoga AND drag my butt back to the gym for strength training. I already went to yoga once this week. Hopefully, ST starts tomorrow.
In the meantime, I've been building my race schedule. So far:
October 24/25 - 10 & 21.1 kms - RnR Vancouver Remix (Vancouver, BC)
November 7 - 5 Miles - Winterstart (Banff, AB)
December 31 - 5 kms - Resolution Run (Calgary, AB)
February 20 - 21.1 kms - Hypothermic Half Marathon (Calgary, AB)
April 3 - 30 kms - Around the Bay Road Race (Hamilton, AB)
August 13 - 21.1 kms - SeaWheeze HM (Vancouver, BC)

I *need* to get into regular cross-training. It's when I feel, and look, my best.

Today's mini goal is focusing on my water intake. I'm about halfway to my goal of 64 ounces.
