How are things are going...

Nutrition – Ive been doing pretty good the last few weeks!! Only 4 days this month over calorie range. And thankfully, its showing on the scale!! Yesterday was the lowest number I’ve seen since July!!

Activity – I am doing the Biggest Loser Challenge Team. This week was BINGO. I am working on my 4th completed BINGO card. It will be over 400 minutes of fitness!! I think this, along with the calories in check, has helped the scale!

Family – We just had my 2nd oldest son’s wedding. It was a wonderful time of family helping out!! My in-laws allowed us to use their beautiful river front property. My mom is a notary & married the couple. My sister & nieces helped with food. My oldest son did the music & my two littlest were in the wedding! On a “normal” day, things are great as well!! I am blessed to be able to homeschool my children! That means they are home with me every day! I know what they are learning, how they are with & how they are handling life. My husband works 3-11 shift, so they are able to have lunch with their dad every day!! I have a wonderfully, blessed life!!

Friends – This is one area where I feel I struggle. Every close friend I’ve had in the last 10 years has moved away (the pitfalls of living in a Navy town!). Thankfully, my older children have become my friends. But it would still be nice if I could find another friend my own age. There is an aerobics class at my church on Tue & Thur nights. I feel like God is telling me to go & break the ice, but as of yet, I have not.

Goals – This is an area I LOVE!! I love setting goals, making plans & checking off lists!!

    You've got it all in place, I;d definitely encourage you to go to the church group. You'll most likely meet someone with the same values, and if not, you'll still be ahead with the exercise,

    GREAT BLOG!

    Good idea joining the aerobics class to meet people. it's hard to walk into a new situation, I can relate but it's worth it. I joined a local running group and it's helped me to get out and reach for new goals I wouldn't have done on my own.
