Day 1 - no excuses

Yesterday was my day one, I want to say of my "getting back on track" but It's not the way I want to feel about this journey! This is thr first day of my new lifestyle! There.... It's much more positive!
So here is yesterday's score:
1 - I didn't drink all of my water (7/8cups)
2 - I tracked most of the food I ate, but I did 't track my dinner and I eyeballed more than I should! I really need to stick to measuring cups and the food scale
3 - since everything cannot be negative, I did go out for a 30min walk at 21h with the dog and I didn't eat any of the chips my husband was eating!
So hourray for small victories
Now I just need to sum up the courage to ask my marathonian coworker to run with me during our lunch hour! The problem is: I run as fast as. Turtle in peanut butter and he runs more like a rocket (c:
