Day 2

Hi So today looked pretty much like yesterday! I didn't quite drink all of my water yet but the day isn't over so I'll definitely try to drink it al by the end of the day! Food wise it was ok! I ate healthy home cooked meal, but I didn't precisely measure my food! I know I have to do it, this is what works for me! I had an aqua bootcamp class tonight and was going even if my husband tried to discourage me because I have to get up a 3 am tomorrow because i'm going to montreal for work but I stood my ground and was going! But 10 minutes before i had to leave jome, the gym called, there was an incident in the pool so my class got canceled! Bummer! But I hope whoever is involved in the incident is doing well! I'll go for a walk with the dog as soon as the kids are in bed and try to go to bed early since I have to get up at 3 Also, tomorrow will be hard because I'll have to eat out all day! I'll make sure I stear the group towards healthy restaurant options (c: Ohhh and I forgot I also asked my coworker and he'll go out for runs with me on our lunch hours a few times a week! WootWoot!
