Another kg off.. All body fat, as I'm doing my strength training every week to assure I don't lose muscle mass. No pills or promised miracles.. Just my regular Hiit cardio and clean food most of the week. Cuz, I do cheat on weekends as any normal earthling.. The key is to do it wisely. Life is wonderful and short.. One has to enjoy it while becoming healthier!
