60 days logging and tracking food. 24 days Smoke free

November 2. I have a sixty day streak for logging in and tracking my food. And I am 24 days Smoke Free. November is my month to kick up my activity. Sounds good right?
Well here is my reality. I woke up this morning and my back is screaming- and I gained 4 lbs overnight! My hair is a wreck, I had nine hours sleep and am still tired. I went through the motions of doing Spark Coach and the goal trackers, hmm- could add a couple more things to this pity party but I don't want to stay here!
OK lets reboot this day! I have a chair exercise class at 9:00 am, I am blessed that I have 24 days smoke free, and the scales don't tell the whole story. The logging does!! I have a food plan for the day that meets my caloric and nutritional goals. I can venture off the plan, but it is a healthier choice to stay on the Road. I didn't drink enough water yesterday, so I now have a gallon milk jug filled with water in the fridge. This is a reminder that the day isn't complete until the water is gone! So what is done is done and what remains to be done is up to me!!
I allowed myself to get a little Money brained the last three days. I reconnected with a niece I haven't seen for 16 years. I was excited, emotional, and lost focus. I forgot to center and rebalance.
