Dear Lisa,
Wow, I am so proud of you! You have made great strides to get me healthy this year and it has not been an easy feat. So many times you felt like giving up and wondered if it was all really worth it. Well girl, this is your body and I am here to say, "YES! It has been worth it and will be worth it!"

I know you are really worried right now, the holidays are coming up and your afraid you might not have the willpower to overcome the many temptations that will come your way. STOP, just put those negative thoughts to rest and let me remind you of your incredible strength. You, you Lisa, have put in thousands of fitness minutes to get me in better health. You have overcome pain, fear and self loathing. You have faced temptations from family visits, travel, birthday celebrations and more! You have done amazing things! So what is Thanksgiving, except for another day!

I am not worried, Lisa! I know you have a plan to keep us on track. You have visualized and planned the meal. You have searched for healthy recipes and you know the things to stay away from. Exercise is your top priority, you even have a 5K planned for Turkey Day!

Nope, I am not worried, I know you are taking care of us and that you realize we deserve to be healthy and more. This Turkey Day is going to be the best ever, because when it is over we are going to be happy because you loved us enough to say no to overeating and overindulging.

Lisa, you can do it! Remember your strength!
