Start simple - work your mind

It might sound like an old cliche, but it's the basis to assure being constant in achieving your goals. A thought starts everything in our lives. If one think "can't", rest assure you won't. If it works on the negative, it will work on the positive. So, whenever you feel tired or not wanting to exercise, try switching the thought into "I can make it!" and magic will start in a few. Holding the thought for 17 seconds at least...while you put on your sport clothing for instance...you will be able to keep your body going. In the meantime, focus on all the good things in your life that make you smile. No matter what weather you have outside..no matter the time of the day...no matter how much you have worked along the day...if you want to workout, and convince your mind to hold the thought...your body will respond in the most incredible way.

Same with cravings. There's no such thing as impossible. So, hold the thought of "I want to be healthy and I don't need junk in my body" and simply think of anything else that makes you happy and the cravings will disappear. Believe me, it's that simple! I didn't believe it before until I tried it. Result - I have been constant and HAPPY for over 3 months..and not stopping until I reach my goal.

This is my best advice...Magic DOES exist..you just have to believe....
