Lots of stresses right now. So how do I cope...eat...ugh. The food is awful. I am going to Zumba. Thank God. So many stresses. I am emotionally eating like crazy....

I'm sorry you are stressing. Try doing things that will relax you. Zumba class is a good idea. Things that help me are bubble baths, meditating, journal writing to get it out, reading, and exercise. Before you know it you feel better. Hugs! 1934 days ago
