Once again the Ping Pong Game is in process. Up 2 lbs, from the 2 lb loss a couple of days ago. So I go through the list-
Did I stay within my daily nutritional guidelines- Yep
Did I snack excessively- Yep
Did I drink enough water- Nope
Did I get enough movement- Nope- had a cold and blew off two exer-play classes.
Well alright then. So today I commit to the low end of my calorie range, and if is isn't part of the plan, then save it for tomorrow and make it part of the plan- Did you hear that you ALMONDS!!
Today it is not your turn!
I don't have to blow off an exer-play class. A class is an hour and while it is true that I may not feel well, I can at least do something! ( Besides sitting at the computer and feeling yucky!)
I can include the tea I drink in my water intake. I am loving the green tea.
I will lose 10 lbs in the next month. I gave myself some grace when I quit smoking, and now it is time to step up my game! I found some great dip recipes on the Spark page this morning, and there are a couple that I can incorporate into my snacks. Today I took my daily allowance ( because I am heavy it is actually quite a bit) and divided it by 4. So for each meal Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, I am planning about 350 cal per meal. The remaining 350 gives me 3 snacks of about 100 calories. That seems like a lot, so I can have AM snack, afternoon snack, and an evening snack. I will try this the rest of the week and see if it will kick my metabolism in the butt. If not- well then I will just have to revise my goals.
I was hoping to do a little clothes shopping, but not until I drop 45 lbs. That will be 15% of my beginning weight. I can actually visualize that one!!
