Tuesday's are a better day for a new beginning

I ended up having a fiberone bar for lunch yesterday and a good dinner of Salmon (grilled with no oil) Brown and Wild rice and a huge salad with two kinds of green leafys, carrots, celery, a beet and some grapes. I stayed well in my calorie range and burned a few too. But I still don't feel right
So far this morning. Cheerios with frozen blueberries and skim milk and coffee with nonfat creamer: 234 calories.
I have a half of a tuna sandwich with hummus and pita chips and a apple planned for lunch. 421 calories. Hopefully I can stay away from the chocolate.
Tonite will be Rotisserie Chicken with butternut squash and zucchini and carrots 334 calories. If I can stick to this plan I might feel better.
