Tuesday's are a better day for a new beginning

I ended up having a fiberone bar for lunch yesterday and a good dinner of Salmon (grilled with no oil) Brown and Wild rice and a huge salad with two kinds of green leafys, carrots, celery, a beet and some grapes. I stayed well in my calorie range and burned a few too. But I still don't feel right

So far this morning. Cheerios with frozen blueberries and skim milk and coffee with nonfat creamer: 234 calories.

I have a half of a tuna sandwich with hummus and pita chips and a apple planned for lunch. 421 calories. Hopefully I can stay away from the chocolate.

Tonite will be Rotisserie Chicken with butternut squash and zucchini and carrots 334 calories. If I can stick to this plan I might feel better.

    I agree with the last 2 posts. You should always consume at least 1200 calories per day. Chocolate is my downfall too. Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream also. I admire people who can have "just a taste" but for me that's like priming the pump.
    I'm not upset or unhappy or frustrated. It just tastes good and I want to keep eating it.

    Time to exercise my "resistance muscle"

    I hope you add in a snack or something - your total calories are under 1000, and that's extremely low. I would have ZERO energy eating like that - so try eating maybe 1250 calories and see if you feel better that way.

    You are doing GREAT my friend! I honestly don't want to encourage you for a bad habit but I do SO look forward to my one square of Ghirardelli dark chocolate with sea salt if I get my 10,000 steps in for the day. One square is about 80 calories and those 80 calories make me SO happy! Sometimes you just have to give yourself a little love and if chocolate is that love...why not if you have been diligent throughout the day. emoticon emoticon

    Oops, just seeing yesterday's blog. But surely all that daily exercise helps off-set the extra calories, no? emoticon
