I have some goals to accomplish during the break between Fall & Winter Biggest Loser challenges. I am listing them here to be accountable!
3 weeks in between Challenges (Nov 18 - Dec 8)
Took me 5 days longer than planned, but DONE!!
Fitness Goal - Complete Bikini Bootcamp 14 day program by Dec 4th (I'm on Day 6 and take a day off here & there to rest my body) (This program involves about 30 minutes of circuits with weights, 45-60 in of walking, 15 min of yoga & core work EACH DAY!!)
New Fitness goal til Dec 8th - Do 5 sessions of Metabolic Effects weights workout
Stay in calorie range (high level - 1400-1700/day to accommodate extra fitness) 18 days
5 Freggies - 4 days a week, total 12 days (I have really been struggling with this the last few days, mostly because I have had to be away from home for dr appts)
Step goal - 51000 each week
Complete the Fitness magazine 30 Day Push Up challenge I started at the beginning of the month of Nov.
Melters Christmas Challenge - 14 days of goals (another team I am on that has a monthly "ideas list". My goal is to do 18 of the 35 things each day to "count").
Do Fly Lady Missions daily.
I have done a pretty good job meeting my goals for the last couple of months while I've been on the Biggest Loser team. Most of my "accountability" is on paper sheets or the team chat rooms & progress reports.
And its working!! I have lost about 4 pounds since the beginning of September!
I know for some that's a small loss. But for me it is huge!! I still have about 6 pounds to get back to my pre-hysterectomy level. This time though, I am adding much more muscle so it may take me a while to get back to that magic number (115). I do believe I can get there. It just may take me a little time!!!
