Day 357 - November Gratitude, part 21

One of the benefits of living in a small community is that you run into people you know just out doing regular activities. Twice this week I've run into our friend Cathlene out shopping, including this afternoon at the grocery store. Our friend Diane just popped in to see how the kitchen was coming along. And our friends Alex and Slava came over for dinner tonight and lively conversation.

Friends hold us up when we're down, and lift us even higher when we're feeling grateful or pleased. They love us no matter what, and they make our lives better.

My SparkFriends know how to lift me up in ways that I had never imagined before. Every time I get notified that there's a new message or comment from one of you, my heart leaps inside my chest. I am grateful that you take the time to stop by and say hello, give me encouragement, and support me in my journey. Your friendship means more to me than you will ever know.

Thank you for your friendship, your love and support. I really would not have been able to accomplish all this without you. I am so grateful for your presence in my life, and for keeping me humble and whole.
