Super stressful week ahead for me. Another year working in retail - sigh.
It was really getting to me last week...managed to work close to 40 hours in only 4 days! Did exercise on my day off, but found myself stress eating and making bad food choices on ALL the other days. Too much that was too sweet! And not enough water. Sitting on my butt during breaks and staring/worrying. It all added to my 3rd week in a row of .5 pound weight gain.
So I am challenging myself to lose 1.5 pounds by "Thanksgiving". In my family that is celebrated on SATURDAY so more of us can attend. With less caffeine, more water, less alcohol and wedging in real fitness in between everything else I believe I can do it!
