Today I weighed in for the Fall into the Holidays Challenge- and GASP up almost 5 pounds.
I have been thinking although I was slow I was at least making progress. I have maintained my NOPE program, not smoking. I am logging into Sparks Daily and doing my Daily Spark Coach. But as I go through the past week, I have a huge revelation. I have not been logging my food. I have had bronchitis, sniffling, achy, sneezing and generally feeling unwell. And I remember the soup with a lot of crackers in it- hmmm- nope not on the log!
My computer crashed ( read DOA), and we have had to take it to a data recovery specialist ( that was stressful and popcorn, nuts, nuts, M&M;s).. oops not on the food diary!
I had to make some stuff for the annual bake sale.. hello M&M's.. just a few! Hi pretzels, hi white chocolate. Oh I make three pans of Snow Flake Mix. well now where is that third pan? Oops, we must have eaten it. Oopps not on the food diary!
I didn't exercise Thur or Friday, or Saturday or Sunday or today.. OK
Now that I am here, what is next? Go forward! I may not be able or feel well enough to participate in a class, but I can do some slipper exercises.
My POB ( hubby) did an inventory for our freggies and threw the questionables out. I have a lovely selection and can do some food prep to have "freggie snacks available. I am putting the nuts, pretzel and other WAY TOO CONVENIENT FOODS into the pantry or freezer.
I may have fallen off the road, like maybe in the ditch? But the path is still there, so I do know where I am going! And I have a plan for the rest of the week..
Now I am going to take a nap and rest until dinner time.
