My morning started slow and just wanted to stay in bed all day as the weather is cold. Nevertheless, I got up and proceeded downstairs and jumped on Spark to check my weekly status via My Tracker. To my surprise, I have exceeded greatly on a few goals and happy I am!
Exercise: 232 Minutes and 2500 Burned Calories
So, pleased with steady progress and since the FitBit, I am moving so much more than I have in a very very long time. My daily STEPS have improved, averaging now 2500 daily. I know this is very low but all I see is progress, progress, progress and FOR this I am grateful!!!
I feel so encouraged and centered right now and do look forward to continuing my journey. I am inspired to STAY THE COURSE and very thankful for this community of PEOPLE just like me desiring to live their best life as long as we can by taking care of OUR TEMPLE----CONTINUE ON Spark People.
