Has it really been that long?

Holy Cow! I pulled up my blog and my last post was in 2013? Good grief. No wonder I've plateaued. I started using SparkCoach today in the hopes of getting through this plateau. I keep losing and gaining the same 3 pounds over and over and over. I've told myself that it's because i've reached my body's set point. While that may be true, honestly? I think I've just been using that as an excuse. It's time for me to get on the ball again. I'm so close to my goal...Originally I was aiming for 175 but I changed it to 160. I may change it again once I get to 160. I'm going by how I feel and how I look at 160. My bottom tummy (my kangaroo pouch) is almost gone and I can wear a size 10 pants (at least some of them. ) But my upper tummy just will not budge. It's very frustrating... I truly think that's because of how my family is built. We're all broad shouldered with tummies in front. Ugh. I just don't know Anybody got any good ideas of what to eat or do to help with that? i'm all ears
