I was getting so happy with myself because I was doing so well...and even on Thanksgiving (both days that we celebrated) I didn't overdo it. That was something to be proud of. But now I've been sick since Saturday evening. I'm not usually sick this long and I'm frustrated. I haven't been able to do any real workout since then because I've been feeling so sick.
I can't wait until I feel better, so I can get back to it. I'm tired of being sick.
Any ideas of how I can keep at it even while I feel so ill?
