I was getting so happy with myself because I was doing so well...and even on Thanksgiving (both days that we celebrated) I didn't overdo it. That was something to be proud of. But now I've been sick since Saturday evening. I'm not usually sick this long and I'm frustrated. I haven't been able to do any real workout since then because I've been feeling so sick.

I can't wait until I feel better, so I can get back to it. I'm tired of being sick.

Any ideas of how I can keep at it even while I feel so ill?

    You don't have to keep at it when you are ill. Rest, focus on recovery, be healthy. Be kind to your body and yourself!

    Drink fluids, and rest. Your body needs time to heal and recover from the bug you are experiencing. small short walks may help keep muscles loosened up, but don't push it too hard. Hang in there!
