Today is Day 4 that I have been tracking my calories on SparkPeople and I feel great! I did overeat the past few days, but I'm tracking EVERYTHING, which is helping me see where I need to cut back.
I worked out for 30 minutes this morning and feel accomplished! I checked out some workout dvd's from the library and have vowed to do a workout 5 days this week. I used be able to work out for an hour at a time, but now I'm finding I'm tired after only 30 minutes, which tells me I need to get back on track....and FAST! I figure if I do a 30-minute workout 5 days this week, maybe next week I'll be ready for a 45-minute workout each day.
I appreciate all the support and encouragement I've received so far on this site. While I did lose weight using another website the past couple years, the main thing it lacked was community. I felt like I did it alone, but now I realize I don't have to.
