Rewrote my goals--with %%%% all the way to the end!!

Wednesday, December 02, 2015

I have been under the weather since Monday with a head cold, emoticon so I have let myself rest. No exercise, plenty of fluids--yada yada yada.

Well I woke up today, feeling somewhat better, but knowing that I shouldn't overdo it today. So I am going to try going outside for a walk once it warms up a bit emoticon .

Anyway, feeling not super motivated since that scale was not nice to me this morning--when I am sick I retain water like crazy. emoticon
I decided to read some SP success stories to get my head back in the game.

After reading one about goal setting, I realized it has been a while since I had defined my goals--11 months in fact. Things have changed, I have changed. --I am 20lbs lighter emoticon

SO I did it, but this time I broke it down to my ultimate goal of 150 lbs by 5%--and now I feel more focused than ever. When I reach one, then I just focus on the next percent, not the final result.
I also realize I had been letting some of my healthy habits slide a bit. Well not anymore. I used to do 7 freggies emoticon I had gone down to 5. No wonder I had been plateauing!

So here are my goals! AND if you haven't done yours in the last 3 months, my challenge to you is to go back and do them again--then tell me what your goals are, or post it to your blog!!

Have an amazing day all!
