How time flies...

I just don't know how time has gone it seems like six months ago with my last blog. Today I have ran 11 half marathons. My last half marathon in fact in October I had the most amazing PR a time of 2 hours 21 minutes and 19 seconds I believe. But what am i planning in the future? I'm going to complete or compete for myself with myself my first full marathon, June 2016 exclamation am i training? Not yet I am going to however try the Hansons method which will start the last during the last two weeks in January. However until then I'm going to try to knock off at least 20 more pounds that my poor knees ankles feet and other body members feel less stress.

I even purchase the book which I read most of but I'm anticipating actually making the truth schedule late late December maybe early January. So why am I not at goal weight? Even though I've changed many habits getting to where I am at now, my tendencies when I say carb load for a race continue a downward spiral from the enjoyment I get eating carbs. Crazy right? So I'm just trying to take it one day at a time. In fact I've been out of eating poorly for the past 5 days now and I feel a lot better. I started exercising again my elliptical two days ago and Monday I'm planning to begin the Masters and chisel Beachbody program. No, I'm not selling anything, just writing my plan down for me.
