Avon is in

Will I received my Portion Control Container last night I use them for dinner I don't know if i'm happy with them are not. I didn't realize how much I really ate. What sad is trhat I was not hungry after dinner I was not full either I was just comfortable. Today will be the real test .


What I do like about them is that the green container is for veggies Red is fruits Light blue is protein Orange is carbs blue is healthy fats cheese and nuts yellow is salad dressings and oils
