Making Progress

Ok - so I haven't lost a ton of weight...(I wish, right?), but here is what I AM noticing:

1) My back isn't hurting so much when I walk. When I started back up after my foot (mostly) healed, I was hurting after 2 minutes of walking. Now, most times I walk, it takes at least 20-25 minutes before I start feeling my back start hurting - and most of the time it doesn't hurt at all...woot!
2) I am sleeping better, for the most part. I find that I am able to go to sleep more quickly now, which is good.
3) My mood is better, and I feel like I have more energy.

I'm so happy that I am seeing progress, even if it's not showing so much on the scale yet, at least I am trying. AND my boyfriend now walks with me every day...we walk for at least 15-30 minutes a day.

This is so encouraging to me....
