Being a hockey puck when I started wearing a pedometer back 2011, I spent a whole first year creating a tremendous challenge for myself. When you start with a yearly average of around 4000 it is really hard to get to a goal of 10,000 steps a day, but yesterday I did it! I finally raised my Lifetime Pedometer Average to 10,000 steps a day.

Now my goal is to maintain my average at a minimum of 10,000 steps for the rest of my life and to incorporate some strength training in to mix.
