So, my husband and I hosted a meeting at our home for the married couples at our church. I was up until 2:30 this morning prepping a healthy meal. I have this thing with eating foods that are colorful, which helps with getting in more fruits and veggies.
Originally, the headcount was 16 people, we ended up with about 30! Everything is cleaned and back in it's place. I knew last night I would be to tired to workout between 5-6 am like I normally do. No workout definitely made a difference in my energy level... Feeling the way that I felt today is enough to make me not miss a workout. I didn't realize how much I really need and enjoy it...
