Sad weigh in, trying to be positive.

Hey guys, I just had my 10pm Sunday weigh in. I lost 0.8lbs in a week. Considerably slow compared to my first few weeks. Feeling a little sad and let down but trying to keep myself upbeat. I feel lighter than last week, hoping that I have lost more inches than the number on the scale. Regards emoticon

    Really trying. I am wondering if I should switch to 1200 calories a day irrespective of exercise. It seems that sparkpeople recommends that for weight loss.
