10 Days til Christmas

So far, the month of December has been a wreck for my health & weight loss goals emoticon

Hubby goes back to work on Tuesday. Counting today, that gives me 10 days to stay on track before Christmas. My goals for each of the 10 days are:

emoticon Stay in calorie range

emoticon 45-60 minutes of fitness

emoticon Get my 8 (or more) cups of water

emoticon Blog each day with an update

I'm hoping that these steps will hep me at least NOT GAIN weight.
