So I've been on a plateau for 2 weeks now and the holidays are upon us. How can I even compete with that? I've been doing really well but I am certain I will be indulging a bit over the next week or so. I guess I'm just going to have to do my best to control myself. I was hoping to be a few pounds under goal so I had a little wiggle room (literally) but at this point I'm already 2.8 lbs over goal.
I'm making Keto cookies for the holidays so I don't feel deprived of goodies. I'm also making lots of keto foods....macaroni salad for the family...faux potato (cauliflower) salad for me. I shouldn't really feel like I'm missing out on anything...it will just be a matter of not going crazy overboard on my macros overall.
I guess we are all struggling or concerned at this time of year. I'm trying not to stress too much about it.
