Spent an enjoyable day with my mother in law! After 26 years of marriage, she still has stories she hasn't told me!!
Father in law is home & resting. The tests showed no blockage (Praise God!) but also no real cause. Hopefully after the holidays, he can get into another doc & see if they are missing something!
Good things I did today - ate breakfast before I left the house, walked for over 15 minutes to meet my SAT goal, ate only 3/4 of my sandwich & skipped the chips & dessert at lunch, did another walk & yoga when I got home, stayed on track with calories even with 2 meals out!!
I am thankful for God's provisions that I saw & those that I didn't see today!! Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit more restful!
