Stay in calorie range – Good day so far. Still a few calories available if I want them tonight. Good protein & fiber!!
45-60 minutes of fitness – 25 mins of strength/yoga & 3 walks. Still need to get about 1000 more steps to get to my daily goal of 6000.

Good day!! Made a new soup recipe & had my sister & two nieces over for dinner. Then, she took my boys to her house to spend the night. We are having vehicle issues (AGAIN!!) and I will need to leave the house at 6 am tomorrow to get hubby to work & me to physical therapy. The boys weren’t looking forward to going and are so excited to hang out with their cousins!! I am so grateful to God for family. Now I’m trying to strike a balance between being productive & enjoying a break
