Pushing Through

Well, I am hanging in there and proud of myself for that. Exercise this morning was tough for the first 20 minutes. I thought about stopping, but was able to shout louder than my inner critic and kept going for the full 30 minutes. I have to keep reminding myself that exercise is the key (for me) and that, in the end, it makes me feel better. I had a busy, busy day yesterday and got it all accomplished. Fatigue set in around 8:30 pm, but since I had been on the go for 15 hours, I'm good with that.

I'm feeling graetful for this Sparky place and my newfound Sparkly friends. Let's do this, ladies!

    Great job you followed your plan!
    Exercise keeps you strong and energetic.
    When I feel tired, I often go out for a walk or do a little yoga, and it always makes me feel better.
