This is my final blog entry for my 10 day push for Christmas. Its late, but I'm still going to get it in.
Stay in calorie range - I was over. Not by much, and the scale didn't complain this morning. I felt like I had a "magic range" last month. I dropped down from that & the scale quit moving down. I also slacked off the exercise some & have been under stress. I'm not sure if those are causing the lack of weight gain or if its the different calories. After the first of the year, I may go back to a higher calorie level & see how that works.
45-60 minutes of fitness - only 35 min of walking. But I am proud of myself for that bit! My TMJ/neck/back/lyme issues were acting up horribly yesterday!! I was functioning on only 4 hours of sleep & stressful driving. Some fitness is always better than none!!
Get my 8 (or more) cups of water - first day I didn't accomplish this.
Blog each day with an update - My whole check in has become my bog today!! I am really looking forward to getting back into a regular schedule again as soon as the holidays are over!!
