2016 needed a plan

My three main goals for 2016:
1. Return to a healthy weight.
2. Regain my upper body strength through weight training.
3. Find consistency.
I've constructed my plan for the first two weeks of January already.
I'll modify things as required but, I think, it's pretty solid. Running is a given as its my "job" as well as my favourite. I just have to work the rest around the family's schedule.
