First off I am loving that number for a weigh in. No where close to what I wanted it to be at this moment in time but happy I'm going in the right direction. I had lost 50lbs and since the holidays hit starting with Halloween, and I think even before then, I've gained 20 of them back. I know I didn't gain it overnight and I know I won't lose it overnight either, just as long as I have solid negative weekly weigh-ins I'm happy.

Again today was a late start......I can call coffee breakfast right? Before I went out to run errands I did make sure to eat something, I had 2 pumpkin waffles from Natures Path, that just happen to be gluten free and vegan, things I wasn't going for nor was the reason why I bought the waffles in the first place. I saw Natures Path a non Monsanto supporting company, I saw organic, I saw PUMPKIN (I'm a bit of a pumpkinholic), and I saw made with quinoa, flax, and amaranth like many sprouted grain breads are. Pumpkin, organic, and with ancient grains?! MUST HAVE! Just noticed after I got it home that it's also labeled gluten free and vegan, oh well wasn't looking for it but nice to know.

So while I was out running errands, doing some food shopping....it happened again. MY SUGAR CRASHED! How do I know? Tell tale signs I have gotten to know, 1 it was rainy and in the 50s and I was in shorts and a tank hot and sweating, my limbs and entire body felt shakey, I was getting a headache, my head felt like I was in a haze and couldn't think, I mean seriously could NOT think. When sugar crashed and you're at a store you make some pretty bad decisions....says the girl who bought 4 bags of chips and junk. Downed a whole bag in the car trying to get myself to feel normal again, when I got home I felt super hungry as if I hadn't eaten a thing and well ya half a bag of chips disappeared...I was doing so well and then this. Ya this is the reason why I normally don't buy chips even ones that seem "healthy" cuz around them will power is nada.

I did however make a really delicious dinner, ham and potato chowder, or with my accent CHOWDAAAH

It was the perfect weather for it too, I really wish there were more days like this in Florida, I miss having warming comforting dishes for those cold days. I know you really can't see it in the pic but there is also a homemade wheat dinner roll I had left over from christmas.

I am happy that I committed to exercising after dinner. I really enjoy Jessica Smith's youtube channel and did her 1 mile turkey trot video. I know she sometimes guest blogs on Spark, I think that's how I discovered her, either that or youtube surfing.

I hope Spark doesn't have a problem with that, since she has been a guest blogger and has hosted at least one exercise challenge that I know of on here.

    I think that you should see a doctor and describe these symptoms to her/him. This is not "just" a sugar crash. It is a symptom of a larger problem that you need to pay attention to and resolve. ASAP!
