New habits

This morning my running friends and I do a very chilly 10 mile run. I loved it. Granted, I think I came pretty close to actually freezing my butt off but, otherwise, I was in good company and the weather was near-perfect. The wind was just an inconvenience. After brunch inn with my buds, I came home and had a nap. I guess I needed it. Who knew?

Tonight I decided to read and have a cup of tea before bed. By read, I mean an actual paperback. It's called "The Happiness Project" and, so far, I'm enjoying it. I may even start following her example. Especially when it applies to clutter.

Yesterday, I started listing out three things that I'm grateful for. Today I did it again. It makes me smile while I'm doing it so I'm going to keep it up.

Tomorrow I go back to work. Which means, now that it's 10:30, it's time for sleeping.
