Tomorrow is a new day

I'm not surprised by this, I knew all the chip eating yesterday was gonna catch up with me, and sadly tonight I have not done any better. Just need to start fresh tomorrow and make it better than I did today.

Today was meatless Monday. Coffee for breakfast cuz uh yea that's all you need right? I really need to get better at that. Lunch was the oatmeal I should of had with my coffee. Dinner was left over sauteed green beans and mushrooms with left over mashed potatoes and I made some roasted butternut squash soup.



Have you ever made something for the first time and it's so good and you're so amazed by it that you do an excited little dance and want to scream from the rooftops and make everyone you come across try it??? Yea that's how my soup turned out thanks to the addition of some five spice.

Got my exercise in with my after dinner walk with my dog which was enjoyable.
