Pushing against myself

01-05-2016 Weight: 289.9 Today was kind of a bust, sort of. Had a late night and didn't get up until around lunch time. No real breakfast except for coffee, hmm I'm detecting a pattern that I really need to change. Had the rest of my salt cod consoada for lunch, dinner was the rest of the gnocchi from the other night. I really didn't want to go out for my after dinner walk but I made myself and so glad I did.
