Yes, we do become complacent. We find a weight we can justify, we find reasons for not exercising, we find reasons for eating junk.
It is when you say that you have had enough, when you say that this isn't good enough for you anymore, when you say, I AM GOING TO CHANGE, that you become the you that you have always dreamed of.
It is possible for all of us. We have the capability of changing our outlook every single minute of every single day. We can leave our comfort zones, our long-term lack of effort, and MOVE.
I did it. I had a fractured knee the entire time I was on my initial journey with Spark. I never let that stop me, never let it slow me down, and my determination never wavered.
Once I got going, once I realized how important this was for me, I got up every single day with such determination, such motivation and such drive, I was unstoppable.
It can be the same for everyone. You just have to step away from that long term inertia, that feeling that you can't do this, and realize that really, you can. And, if you do, you will become so proud of yourself, you will wake up every day with a smile, with the ability to face the day and to succeed every single day.
