SMART Weight Loss Goals for Losing 103 Pounds By Dec 30, 2017

Here are my weight loss goals, broken down into 21 steps of 5 pounds each:
Jan 20, 2016 253 pounds, 5 pounds lost
Jan 20 - Jan 27 maintain 5 pounds lost
Feb 17, 2016 248 pounds, 5 pounds lost
Feb 17 - Feb 24 maintain 5 pounds lost
Mar 16 2016 243 pounds, 5 pounds lost
Mar 16 - Mar 23 maintain 5 pounds lost
April 13 2016 238 pounds, 5 pounds lost
and so on

Another way to phrase my weight loss goals is to go down one BMI mark or 7 pounds every 5.5 weeks until I am at a weight of 153 pounds.

Spark Coach today talked about SMART weight loss goals so I am rephrasing my weight loss in steps.
