So. Cold. Major ache in the calf meant that I walked my hill training tonight Walk up, run down, repeat. One mile warm up (slight uphill) there. One mile back. 8.85 kms total. 70 minutes and n the cold. Temp was-10C (feels like -16) That's 3.2F
It's supposed to be colder tomorrow. Yay.

The positives -
I generally like cold weather running.
I made my water goal today.
I increased my veggies today and, also, had two servings of fruit.

    Here's something that might increase your motivation to drink water. It was on 'The Doctors' yesterday that it takes 3 calories for your body to process 1 c. of water. That's a negative calorie count, since water has not calories. I wasn't much of a believer in negative calorie foods, but that sounds feasible,.

    Brr, your weather is COLD. Just far enough north to make a big difference. Are you right above Yellowstone? and have the same weather?

    I like your idea of running up and down - there is a short hill on my street but never thought of doing walking that way - I think I will try it! Its cold here too (47 deg F) which in L.A. is frickin' freezing!! Anyway, thanks for the idea! emoticon emoticon
