So. Cold. Major ache in the calf meant that I walked my hill training tonight Walk up, run down, repeat. One mile warm up (slight uphill) there. One mile back. 8.85 kms total. 70 minutes and n the cold. Temp was-10C (feels like -16) That's 3.2F
It's supposed to be colder tomorrow. Yay.
The positives -
I generally like cold weather running.
I made my water goal today.
I increased my veggies today and, also, had two servings of fruit.
