Time of change

I have been living in the same place for nearly a decade now. It was only supposed to be a temporary thing. I had been living with some roommates who suddenly decided to move and forgot to let me know. So one of them talked to their father, who had a full finished basement that I could use. In return I would help his father around the place, as he had recently been paralyzed from the waist down. Well it worked out so well, that I have been here longer than thought. But near the end of the year, another friend of mine, a Realtor wondered if I was interested in a place of my own. So I figured, it wouldn't hurt to check about a loan to see how much I could get and see what was available in a decent price range.

Well it turns out there are a lot of places that are affordable to me. Hard to decide. :)

And of course fate has stepped in and the friends father passed away just before the year ended. So even though the family says I can stay as long as I want . . I think it is time to move out into the world again. So change is coming. And I look forward to it. :)
