Entering Week 4

I am feeling so happy to be on this course of healthier eating, drinking lots of water, and regular exercise. I am not dieting or tracking food, because my goal is really centered on the exercise part. Maybe it is different for some of you Sparklers out there, but I have to make a very conscious effort to follow through with my fitness plans. I'm really good at coming up with excuses to abandon my exercise plans, and this time around I am trying not to do that. I've been consistent with the exercise so far, and am looking forward to another strong showing this week. Best wishes to all of you out there on a similar path!
